1. Sponsor

Sammy’s Christmas Wish Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by XIINC LLC, 125 Glenridge Ave #1541, Montclair, NJ 07042 (“Sponsor”).

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other company or social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to children who are 3 to 9 years old on December 4, 2026, and who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (each, a “Child”).

Every entry must be submitted by the Child’s parent or legal guardian (the “Parent”), who must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in the Parent’s state of residence, if older) and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

The Parent is the entrant in the Giveaway and, if selected, the winner. The Child is the recipient of the gift. References in these Official Rules to an entrant or winner mean the Parent, and references to a winning Child mean the Child of a winner.

Children of Sponsor’s owners, officers, and employees, and children who live in the same household as any of those individuals, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 4, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

Sponsor’s email server is the official timekeeper. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, the Parent must email letters@sammyeverything.com during the Entry Period and include:

• The Child’s letter to Sammy describing what the Child wishes for this Christmas and why. The letter may be handwritten and attached as a photograph or scan (JPG, PNG, or PDF), or typed directly in the email.
• The Child’s first name only, age, and state of residence.
• The Parent’s full name and email address.
• An optional second-choice gift, in case the first choice is unavailable or exceeds the $100 gift limit.

Please do not include the Child’s last name, home address, school name, phone number, or any photograph of the Child.

Limit: One (1) entry per Child. If more than one entry is received for the same Child, only the first eligible entry will count. Siblings may each enter separately.

A Parent may help the Child write or type the letter, but the letter should reflect the Child’s own Christmas wish.

By entering, the Parent confirms that the letter expresses the Child’s own wish, in the Child’s own words or drawings, whether written by the Child or written down by the Parent as the Child described it, and that it does not copy another person’s work.

By entering, the Parent confirms that they are the Child’s parent or legal guardian.

If there is any question about who submitted an entry, the authorized holder of the email account used to submit it will be treated as the entrant and must meet the eligibility requirements for a Parent.

Entries sent directly by a child, incomplete or illegible entries, entries received outside the Entry Period, or entries containing content Sponsor reasonably determines to be inappropriate may be disqualified.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable emails or technical failures of any kind.

Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about December 7, 2026, Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Every eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

The content of a letter, including the gift requested or the reason given, has no effect on the chance of winning.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of one (1) gift item for the winning Child, based on the Christmas wish described in the Child’s letter, purchased by Sponsor through Amazon and shipped to a U.S. address provided by the Parent.

• The purchase price of each gift item will not exceed $100 (U.S. dollars).
• Sponsor will pay applicable sales taxes and shipping costs separately. These amounts do not count toward the $100 item-price limit.
• Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: up to $100.
• Total ARV of all ten prizes: up to $1,000, excluding sales taxes and shipping.

If the first-choice gift is unavailable through Amazon, cannot be shipped to the winner’s address, exceeds $100, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor will attempt to provide the second-choice gift, if one was identified in the entry.

If no second choice was provided, or neither requested gift is available or eligible, Sponsor will work with the Parent to select an appropriate substitute gift with an item price not exceeding $100.

No cash, gift cards, or cash equivalents will be awarded.

Prizes are not transferable, and substitutions are permitted only as described in these Official Rules.

Sponsor may decline to purchase any item that is age-restricted, unsuitable for the Child’s age, prohibited by law, or otherwise inappropriate, in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. In such cases, Sponsor will work with the Parent to select an eligible substitute gift.

Gifts carry only the warranties, if any, provided by their manufacturers or sellers.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery before Christmas but does not guarantee delivery by any particular date and is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss after an order is placed, except as required by applicable law.

Any taxes on a prize other than sales taxes paid by Sponsor are the winner’s responsibility.

7. Winner Notification and Confirmation

The Parent of each potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to submit the entry.

To claim the prize, the Parent must respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the notification email is sent, confirming the Child’s eligibility and providing a valid U.S. shipping address and any other information reasonably necessary to deliver the gift.

Sponsor may require the Parent to sign a declaration confirming eligibility.

If a Parent does not respond within 72 hours, the notification email is undeliverable, or the entry is determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may repeat this process until all prizes have been awarded or until December 12, 2026, whichever occurs first.

8. Winner Announcement

On or before December 9, 2026, Sponsor intends to announce that the Giveaway recipients have been selected.

Potential winners will be notified privately, and all prizes remain subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

The public announcement may state the number of recipients selected without identifying any Child.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winning Child’s name, letter, photograph, address, school, or other identifying information without the Parent’s separate written consent, as described in Section 9.

9. Letters, Names, and Publicity

Entering the Giveaway does not give Sponsor permission to publish or publicly share a Child’s letter, name, image, or other identifying information.

Sponsor will not publish, post, or share such information on its website, social media accounts, or in promotional materials unless the Parent provides separate written consent after being informed of the proposed use.

Giving consent is entirely optional and does not affect the Child’s chance of winning or receiving a prize.

A Parent may withdraw consent at any time by emailing letters@sammyeverything.com. Withdrawal will apply to future uses and to existing materials to the extent removal is reasonably possible.

After the winners have been selected, Sponsor may contact the Parent of any entrant, whether or not the Child was selected, to request permission to feature the Child’s letter.

Any such permission will be requested separately through a written consent form.

By entering, the Parent authorizes Sponsor to receive, copy, and review the submitted letter solely for administering the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled as described in the Giveaway Privacy Notice available at:

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in disruptive or fraudulent conduct.

If the Giveaway cannot operate as planned due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

If the Giveaway is canceled, Sponsor may award the prizes through a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation, where permitted by law.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, the Parent, on behalf of the Parent and the Child to the extent legally permitted, agrees to these Official Rules and releases Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Each entrant also releases Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok from responsibility for the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor will not be liable for any damages other than an entrant’s actual out-of-pocket costs, and in no event will Sponsor be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages or attorneys’ fees.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action to the extent permitted by law, in the state or federal courts serving Essex County, New Jersey, subject to applicable jurisdictional requirements.

14. Winners List

To request information about whether the prizes were awarded, email letters@sammyeverything.com with the subject line “Winners List” by January 31, 2027.

Consistent with Section 9, winning Children will be identified by first name and state only where the Parent has provided separate written consent.

Otherwise, Sponsor may provide a non-identifying summary of the prizes awarded.
